Potato And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise (use light if desired)
5 c. thinly sliced potatoes (do not peel)
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Spread 9-inch pie plate with mayonnaise.
Make sure potato slices are dry; use paper towels if needed.
Overlap slices of potatoes until one layer is arranged on top of mayonnaise-brushed pie plate.
Spread again lavishly with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
Repeat same layering again until all ingredients are used.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cover with foil.
Continue baking until potatoes are tender, approximately another 30 minutes.
Invert onto plate and serve.
