Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and
    sugar
    in
    warm
    water.
    Add flour. Mix until well blended.
    Let
    set
    in
    a warm place overnight. Next morning, add 1/2
    cup
    flour and carefully stir (with 1/2 cup water) to the mixture.
    Ready to use by evening.
