Greek-Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 chicken breasts
    1 c. mixed fresh parsley, divided
    salt and pepper to taste
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    2 minced cloves garlic
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained
    1 c. chicken broth (canned)
    1 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. lite olive oil
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking
    dish with 2 tablespoons of olive oil (not in recipe).
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Spread half of parsley on bottom of pan.
    Arrange chicken on parsley, season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Squeeze lemon over chicken.
