Mexican Hat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. ground meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can chile beans (in gravy)
8 oz. taco sauce
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Put tortillas in dish, then some meat mixture, beans and cheese. Repeat as many layers as desired.
Pour taco sauce over all this, then more cheese.
Bake until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
