Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3 c. raw chopped apples
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat until creamy.
Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Add gradually to mixture and beat well.
Add vanilla and cinnamon; beat well.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake in greased flat pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes. Suitable for freezing.
