Ripe Cuke Pickle Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 good sized skinned cukes, seeded
    8 onions
    4 smarty red peppers
    4 sweet red peppers
    1/2 c. salt
    5 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. celery seed
    5 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grind together cukes, onions and peppers.
    Let stand overnight with 1/2 cup salt.
    Drain in the morning and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 30 minutes and can.
    Makes about 7 pints.
