Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham hock
    2 c. Cheddar cheese or Velveeta
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    half and half cream
    seasoned salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook ham hock 2 to 3 hours for rich broth, clean meat from bone and cut into small pieces.
    Add cheese and broccoli.
    Stir in half and half to thin to nice consistency.
    Season to taste.
