Oat-Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. unbleached white flour
    1 c. ground oat flour*
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Generously grease 12-cup Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.
    Coat pan with nuts.
