Stir-Fry Chicken Or Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef or chicken, cut or cubed
    1 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    1 c. bell peppers
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. hot peppers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a skillet.
    Simmer for about 25 minutes or until tender.
    Salt to taste.
