Scallops A La Sea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sharp New York white cheese, grated
    1 lb. sea scallops
    1/8 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. scallions
    fresh garlic to taste
    mushrooms, sliced
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter.
    Top with bread crumbs mixed with the butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
