Black-Eyed Peas And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Pour into large casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
