Ham And Pepper Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 to 3 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, cut in rings
    3/4 lb. cooked boneless ham, diced
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    For sauce, combine first 6 ingredients; set aside.
    In wok, stir-fry vegies in oil on high.
    Add ham and heat through.
    Push all to sides.
    Pour sauce in center.
    Cook until thick and bubbly. Serve with or over rice.
