8 Minute Light And Fruity Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (i.e. cherry or strawberry)
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
9-inch graham pie crust
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, stirring, about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes.
Stir constantly until gelatin is thickened (2 or 3 minutes).
Remove unmelted ice.
Using wire whip, blend in Cool Whip.
Chill until mixture will mound.
Pour into crust.
Let set. Keep in refrigerator.
