Prune Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked crust
    prunes
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    vanilla to taste
Preparation
    Cook prunes.
    Add sugar to taste.
    Seed and mash prunes.
    Just cover bottom of crust.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, butter, flour, salt, milk and vanilla.
    Fill crust with custard.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for first few minutes until custard begins to set.
    Lower temperature to 200\u00b0 and bake until done (about one hour).
