Shrimp De Jonghe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
dash of cayenne
2/3 c. cooking sherry
2 c. soft bread crumbs
5 to 6 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp (4 lb. in shell)
Preparation

To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and cooking sherry.
Mix.
Add bread crumbs and toss.
Place shrimp in baking dish.
Spoon the butter mixture over.
Bake in a slow oven (325\u00b0) for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs brown.
Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
