Shrimp And Artichoke Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    In small saucepan, melt 5 tablespoons of butter and stir in flour; blend well.
    Add milk and cream, stirring constantly with wire whisk, until thick and smooth.
    Season with salt and pepper.
