German Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together and reserve 1 cup.
    Add rest of ingredients to remaining mixture.
    After reserving 1 cup crumbs, add other ingredients and pour into oblong pan.
    Sprinkle the cup of crumb mixture over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with whipped cream or a variety of fruits. This is a good breakfast quick bread.
