Mexican Wedding Cakes(International: Mexico) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    chopped pecans
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
    Combine flour and salt.
    Stir into butter mixture.
    Shape dough in 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly brown.
    Roll warm cookies in sifted powdered sugar.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Serves 72.
