Hearty Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    plenty of butter
    2 Tbsp. meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery, onion, salt and pepper, covered with water, until tender.
    In a bowl, mix meal, flour and sweet milk. Add to potato mixture; stir until slightly thickened.
    If you wish, you may add 2 boiled eggs (sliced) before serving.
    Good with corn bread muffins.
