Marinated Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can green beans
1 onion
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Wash and drain beans.
Slice onion.
Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt and oil.
Pour over beans and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
