Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size butternut squash
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 stalk celery
    oil
    1/2 loaf dry bread crumbs
    1 egg or 2 small eggs
    1 can chili (I sometimes use my homemade chili)
    cheese (for top)
Preparation
    Cut squash, onion, bell pepper and celery; saute in a small amount of oil.
    Have about 1/2 loaf of dry bread crumbs (bread out of freezer is good).
    Pour sauteed mixture over dry bread in large bowl.
    Add egg(s).
    Now, add chili.
    Mix all together.
