Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pasta, cooked and drained
1 lb. imitation crabmeat
1 very large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 very large tomato, diced
8 oz. plain low-fat or fat free yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
basil to taste
olive oil
Preparation
-
Saute onion, green pepper and tomato in a small amount of olive oil.
Add this to the cooked pasta in deep casserole dish.
Cut in crabmeat along with seasonings.
Fold in yogurt.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or microwave on High for 15 minutes.
