Cowboy Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 sweet pepper
    1 large can tomato sauce
    Texas Pete hot sauce
    salt to taste
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can lima beans
    1 can Great Northern beans
    1 can black-eyed peas
Preparation
    In skillet, fry ground beef, onion, salt and sweet pepper. Drain ground beef. In large kettle, add all beans, cooked ground beef, tomato sauce and hot sauce as desired.
    Cook, uncovered, on medium to low heat for about 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
