Economy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
2 c. water
2 rounded Tbsp. butter
1 box raisins
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Combine sugar, water, butter and raisins.
Boil together for 5 minutes, let cool.
Add soda, spices and flour.
Bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
