Centennial Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry wide noodles
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 diced red pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles until barely done; drain.
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
    Mix everything together and put in buttered casserole dish.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
