Broccoli-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. flour
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 c. milk
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

Cook broccoli in chicken broth 15 minutes.
Saute onion in margarine until tender.
Add flour; stir.
Add evaporated milk and sweet milk and cook until thick.
Add to broccoli.
Add paprika and cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Stir often.
