Pineapple Cheese Ball(Makes 1 Large Cheese Ball) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together using only 1 cup of the chopped pecans.
    Roll the cheese ball in the remaining pecans, coating evenly.
    Chill for 1 hour.
