Corn Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fat
2 c. small bread cubes, firmly packed
2 c. corn bread, crumbled fine
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
1/16 tsp. pepper
1/3 to 1/2 c. broth or milk
Preparation

Cook onion and celery in fat over low heat until onion is transparent, but not browned, stirring occasionally.
