Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. red pepper strips
    1 c. green pepper strips
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. whipping cream or 1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine; drain.
    Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil.
    Add zucchini, red and green pepper strips and garlic. Saute just until vegetables are tender.
    Blend in cream.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
    Heat through until slightly thickened, but do not boil.
    Toss with hot cooked fettuccine. Makes 6 servings.
