Bluefish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
    1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    garlic powder
    paprika
    1 fish fillet (bluefish)
Preparation
    Wash fish.
    Set on pan skin side down.
    Mix mayonnaise and mustard.
    Spread on fillet.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika.
    Broil until flaky (5 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness of fillet).
    Watch so that topping doesn't burn.
