Ingredients

6 large broccoli spears, cooked
6 slices ham
6 slices cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 c. 2% milk
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Place a broccoli spear in middle of each cheese-lined ham slice.
Roll up tightly and place in shallow baking dish, seam side down.
Melt butter.
Blend in flour, mustard seed and celery seed.
Cook, stirring every 1 to 2 minutes for 5 minutes.
Slowly add milk and bring to boil, stirring until smooth and thickened.
Pour over ham rolls and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
