Upside Down Pizza Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 oz. ground turkey
    1 c. tomato sauce
    3 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1/2 teaspoon oil.
    Add turkey and onion, using the back of a wooden spoon to crumble meat.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender and the meat is no longer pink.
    Sprinkle mixture with 1 tablespoon flour and combine, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
    Add tomato sauce, pepper and Italian seasonings and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook stirring frequently, about 1 minute.
