Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 stick margarine
    1 grated carrot
    1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook onion and squash. Drain. Mix 1/2 package stuffing with the melted margarine.
    Add squash and onion and soup to stuffing mixture. Put in casserole and top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
