Blackened Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 roughy fillets (about 11-inches long and 3/8-inch thick)
    2 sticks butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation
    Combine in small bowl the paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme and oregano.
    This seafood seasoning mix will keep covered for weeks.
