Unleavened Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    3 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ (optional)
Preparation
    Blend honey, oil and milk together in a large bowl.
    Stir in flour, wheat germ (optional) and salt.
    Knead lightly.
    Roll out thinly on a floured surface.
    Roll dough over rolling pin to pick it up and transfer it to a cookie sheet.
    Prick with a fork and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
