Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices dry bread
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    3 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Soak bread in buttermilk for a few minutes.
    Beat with beater. Add the eggs (beaten), then flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well with egg whip.
    Add butter or margarine and mix. Cook on a lightly greased griddle.
    If pancakes are wet inside, add a little more baking powder and a little more flour.
