Carrot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed cooked carrots (about 6 large)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
dash of salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. each: cloves, nutmeg and allspice
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. brandy or other spirits
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
whipped cream
Preparation

In large bowl, mix well all ingredients except pie shell and cream. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with cream.
