Ingredients

1 lb. frying chicken
8 Tbsp. mustard (dark)
8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter, pepper, salt and mustard in a saucepan. Wash and dry chicken pieces.
Rub each piece in mustard mixture.
Place onto foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake 1 hour at 450\u00b0.
