Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
German chocolate cake mix
1 box confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Spray pan with cooking spray.
Line with wax paper and spread out pecans and coconut over wax paper evenly.
Mix cake mix according to box directions and pour over pecans and coconut in pan.
Cream confectioners sugar and cream cheese (cream cheese should be softened).
Pour this on top of cake mix before cooking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until done.
Let cool about 25 minutes and remove from pan.
Peel off wax paper.
