Pasta Salad (1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked corkscrew macaroni
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix above and chill overnight.\tThen add 1 chopped green or red pepper, 1 chopped onion, 1 tomato and 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Serve.
