Salmon Croquette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 egg
12 saltine crackers, crushed
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Place salmon liquid and all in bowl.
Remove bone and skin. Flake with fork.
Add beaten egg and cracker crumbs.
Add baking powder and flour.
Shape into small patties, roll in cornmeal and fry in hot oil or shortening.
Drain on paper towel and serve hot or cold.
