Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can kidney beans
    dash of Tabasco
    several c. water
Preparation
    Spray large pot with Pam.
    Brown meat and onions which have been chopped.
    Add seasonings, tomatoes, water and tomato sauce. Simmer for one hour.
    Add beans and simmer thirty minutes until beans are tender.
