Spicy Grilled Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) jar Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    leg of lamb, boned and butterflied
Preparation
    Combine mustard, oil, wine, garlic, herbs and pepper.
    Place lamb in shallow dish.
    Spread lamb with mustard mixture.
    Cover. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator. Grill over medium coals 50 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
    Turn frequently.
    Do not overcook.
