Quick Quiche(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg
    1/4 lb. ham, cut into small pieces
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Make batter:
    Combine butter, eggs, milk, flour and seasoning (use a fork to mix).
    Pour batter into Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle ham and cheese on top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
