Chicken With Olives And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 garlic cloves
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper
    parsley
    thyme
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 small can black olives, chopped
    9 to 10 large chicken cutlets (boned chicken breasts)
Preparation
    Mix 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, minced, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste in shallow baking dish (large enough to hold cutlets in a single layer).
    Add cutlets and turn to coat.
