Quick Low-Fat Dinner For Two(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 turkey breast cutlets
    1 tsp. low-fat margarine or Mollie McButter
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Salt and pepper cutlets to taste; coat with margarine or Mollie McButter, mixed with small amount of water.
    Sprinkle chives on top.
    Place in shallow dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Serve with baked potatoes topped with nonfat sour cream and chives.
    Add a garden salad with nonfat dressing.
