Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. orange juice
8 oz. carton plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. champagne or dry white wine
Preparation

Place all ingredients except champagne in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Chill.
Just before serving, stir in champagne. Garnish with additional sliced or whole strawberries.
Can be served as a beverage.
