Cocktail Ryes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cocktail rye bread
1 to 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
1 small to medium onion, chopped coarsely
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Spread on bread liberally.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until slightly bubbly and brown.
If baked too long bread will become dry and hard.
