Dinong'S Dinoldug - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Chinese taro
    1 grated coconut (fresh)
    1 c. raw or brown sugar
    1 can coconut milk
Preparation
    Peel taro; cut\tinto
    1
    to 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Put into large pot.
    Fill\twith
    water
    to just cover taro.
    Cook until gravy starts to
    form.
    Add
    grated coconut and can of coconut milk. Add sugar to taste.
