Beef 'N Cheese Crescents - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 slices American cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain and stir in barbecue sauce.
Set aside.
Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet.
Overlap long sides and firmly press perforations and edges to seal.
Pat to form 15 x 13-inch rectangle.
Spread meat mixture lengthwise in 4-inch wide strip down center of dough to 1-inch from ends.
Top meat with cheese slices.
Fold shorter sides of dough over filling.
Bring long sides over, overlapping edges.
Pinch edges to seal.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
